Sohail is a Lecturer in Global Health at Brighton and Sussex Medical School and leads a module on decolonising health. He completed a PhD on asylum process and mental health, and a postdoc at King’s College London on human trafficking. He founded the Migrant Connections Festival and co-founded the Cotton Tree Trust.
